A: The Bunbury Kidsfest is a non-profit event organised by the City of Bunbury. The festival provides a unique, educational and affordable source of school holiday entertainment for families. The Bunbury Kidsfest is held inside a massive weather-proof marquee village and features a range of exciting hands-on activities recommended for kids aged 2-12.
Q: Where is the Bunbury Kidsfest held?
A: Bunbury Kidsfest is held in a purpose-built, weather-proof marquee village located on the Bunbury Recreation Oval (Runner's Club, corner of Symmons St and Ocean Dv, Bunbury). The location is in easy walking distance to the shops, beach, hotels and restaurants. It's also pram and picnic friendly!

A: The Bunbury Kidsfest will be held on October 5, 6 & 7, 2013, during the Term 3 school holidays.
Q: What are the opening hours?
A: The festival will be open from 9am-4pm daily.
Q: Where can I park?
A: Free car parking will be available to festival attendees on the lawn area surrounding the festival - entry via Ocean Drive. There is also parking available on the beachside of the road and on the streets around the oval. The Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre and Foreshore car park are also a short stroll away.

A: Tickets are available from the Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre or by contacting the box office on 1300 661 272. Tickets are limited so we urge families to pre-book their tickets to avoid disappointment on the day.
Q: How much are the tickets?
A: The City of Bunbury has tried to keep the Bunbury Kidsfest affordable for families. It operates on the “one entry fee and the fun is free” principle, meaning once you have paid the entry fee all entertainment and activities are included at no additional cost. (Please note, this does not apply to the Telethon fundraising market stalls and any food or drink you may wish to purchase at the event).
Q: What will be at the festival?
A: The Bunbury Kidsfest is made up of nine interactive activity zones for kids. All feature a range of fun, hands-on activities and interactive performances for kids.
Q: Can I bring my own food to the festival?
A: Families are welcome to pack their own picnic and snacks for the festival. These can be enjoyed on the lawn area or inside the festival theatre. We will also have a range of healthy food and refreshments for sale at the event.

A: There’ll be no raining on this parade! All activities are held inside marquees so the fun won’t be weather dependent!

A: While activities at the festival have been developed for 2-12 year olds – people of all ages are welcome - grandmas and grandpas, babies, teenagers, mums and dads! In fact, we think everyone will find the festival fun and entertaining.
Q: What facilities do you have for parents?
A: There will be a dedicated parenting room set up at the festival in the Under 5s Zone. This quiet and private space will have seating and nappy change facilities.
